If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your product within 30 days of receipt. Below are the steps for our returns process, with a processing time of 12 business days.
Step 1: Submit a return request

1.2. In your message, please include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Receive return instructions
2.1. After receiving your return request, we will send you a confirmation and return instructions within 2 business days.
2.2. You will receive a returns form and a returns label that you can use to return the product to us.
Step 3: Return product
3.1. Carefully package the product, preferably in the original packaging, along with the completed returns form.
3.2. Stick the return label on the package and send it back to the address stated on the return label.
3.3. Please ensure you retain proof of postage until we have processed your return.
Step 4: Processing the return
4.1. After receiving your return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email.
4.2. We will process your return within 12 business days of receiving the returned product. This means we will check the product for condition and completeness.
Step 5: Refund or exchange
5.1. If your return meets our return policy, we will initiate the refund or exchange.
5.2. Refund: We will refund the amount of your purchase, including the original shipping costs, using the same payment method you used to place your order. The refund will be processed within 5 business days of your return being processed. Please note that, depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the funds to appear in your account.
